Ning Guided Meditations

In Ning, the Five Elements are imaginal landscapes of the psyche — in the sense of Hillman and Corbin: not fantasy, but inner places where images, sensations, memories and symbols arise spontaneously, carrying information the conscious mind has not yet reached.
You do not visualize them. You enter them.

These guided meditations invite you to meet Water, Fire, Earth, Stone and Nature — through voice, drum and music.
Find a quiet place, in soft light or darkness. Lie down or sit. Close your eyes and follow the voice.
Do not search for experiences. Let them find you.

Afterward, write what emerged — images, sensations, emotions, symbols, gestures, words. A fragment is enough.
These notes can become the beginning of deeper symbolic work in a Ning session or group.

Water – The First Door of the Soul

Enter the emotional field of Water. A meditation to meet what lies beneath the surface — where the psyche begins to reveal itself.

Fire

Step into the ancestral field of Fire. A meditation to meet transgenerational repetition and the vital force that wants to return.

Earth

Touch the field of belonging. A meditation to meet your body, your true talent, and the ground beneath your own story.

Stone

Descend into the ancient memory of Stone. A meditation to listen for what is older than your personal history.

Nature

Move into the living field of transformation. A meditation to meet the cycles of death, renewal, and the intelligence that moves through all things.
